Daniela Reclaims the Dancefloor with New Release ‘Dance Alone’

Daniela doesn’t write songs about waiting for someone to change. She writes songs about walking away, and looking good doing it.

The Mexico City-born, RADA-trained singer, songwriter and actor has spent her career refusing to be boxed into one language, one genre or one version of pop.

Her latest single, ‘Dance Alone’, continues that streak: a sultry, bilingual anthem that trades English verses for Spanish ones, wraps the whole thing in Middle Eastern instrumentation, and lands somewhere between defiance and outright fun.

It follows a run that includes ‘Besame’, praised by Rotate Magazine as playful, heartfelt and impossible to ignore, and ‘One Voice’, her World Cup anthem that has pulled in over 328K YouTube views.

Now based in Texas after building her craft between Mexico and London, Daniela writes and co-produces her own material, and ‘Dance Alone’ is her most empowering statement yet.
