IA GLOWB’s story traces back to the virtual artist IA, who descended from the planet ARIA to Earth in 2012. IA first emerged with a dual-focus approach, functioning both as a music artist and as voice synthesis software for creators, carrying a mission to embody the ethos of “LIFE, LOVE, PEACE” through entertainment. She has since completed world tours across 12 cities, garnered a billion streams, and become a cultural phenomenon in Japan – turning traditional entertainment on its head through holographic live shows (WATCH THE LIVE MUSIC VIDEO FOR ‘Conqueror’).
After a decade of work, she fused her cultural and musical identities and evolved into the persona IA GLOWB, approaching music as an art form that can and should grow with the times. With technology and virtual worlds as her home base, she moves freely between bodies and mediums, while rooting her activities in love, resonating with people’s hearts, empowering life, and filling the Earth with love.

Already garnering 1 billion streams, a world tour, and popularity in Japan, “Gimme” sees additional collaboration credits from producers across Cuba, the US, Canada, and Japan, making for a highly experimental and innovative project. Producer credits include Vanessa Spatz, and Nando Pro (previously working with Pitbull, was nominated for a Latin Grammy, and won 3x multi-platinum certifications). IA GLOWB’s vocals were also produced using the latest voice synthesis software, allowing for the project to be incredibly experimental and innovative.
